Air conditioning and fan
The hotel is not equipped with air conditioning. You will find a pedestal fan in the closet or near the bed. During the day it is best to close the windows and curtains or blinds or the pleated blinds. At night you can open or tilt the windows so that it cools down.
Baby Equipment
Baby chairs are available free of charge upon request and availability (in the entrance area). Baby cot is available for EUR 10 per night (min. EUR 15) upon request and availability..
Bicycles
We lend bicycles to our guests for free. Unfortunately we cannot reserve bicycles in advance. Further details can be found in the information folder in the room.
Breakfast
Unfortunately, we do not serve breakfast in the house.
In our lounge there is a snack machine as well as a kettle and coffee machine.
There are several cafes nearby, e.g. the well-known Café Fingerlos (Franz-Josef-Straße 19, 5020 Salzburg, phone: 0043 (0) 662 874213), open from 7:30 a.m).

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is from 3 p.m., as soon as the room has been cleaned, you can also use it before check-in time.
Check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. On the day of departure, please leave the key, registration form and envelope on the table. Many Thanks!
House keeping
Your room will only be cleaned upon departure. If necessary, you can book an intermediate cleaning and fresh towels on site.
House rules
Please keep the night silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No parties are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the whole house. Ashtrays can be found at the entrances and on the terrace.
Luggage storage
If you arrive early in Salzburg or want to stay a little longer, you can stow your luggage in our storage boxes in the lounge area and enjoy the time carefree.
Parking
Depending on availability, you can book a parking space in front of the house for 10, – / night. If you have booked a parking space, you will find a parking ticket for your car in the room and can use any free space in front of the house.
Otherwise, you can park for a fee in the short-term parking zone within the blue zone along the street, for a maximum of 3 hours on working days.
